Castelinho de ibicuí flat

“Fiquei super a vontade, fui bem recebida, o custo benefício valeu super a pena e com certeza retornarei”

The location is spot‑on and the room stayed nicely cool, which was a definite plus. The flat, however, didn’t have the TV that the listing promised – the only screen was in the gourmet area, and the fan there was broken.

“Hospedagem despreparada para receber”

I was utterly let down – the receptionist seemed clueless about basic hotel terms and kept odd hours, arriving late and leaving early. The bathroom lid and curtains were moldy, moths were everywhere, the linen area was dirty, and they didn’t provide towels or sheets despite the listing’s claim. Kitchen utensils were scarce (no cups, only one pan), there was no shower curtain or glass, no dishcloths, mops or broom, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all.

The staff were friendly and the place itself was pleasant, but the house opens directly onto the beach, which made it noisy and less private.
