Nothing else, I felt uncomfortable. Customer service matters to me, but an elderly staff member was very rude. Even though I had paid in full, I didn’t feel comfortable, so I told reception, but the response was very poor.

The front desk staff were excellent, and the property stayed clean and neat, though the in‑room dining could offer more variety.

Everything was fine overall, the front desk people were great and we felt really good; the menu missed a sandwich option, food wasn’t available any time, and room service started a bit late – all of which were lacking during my recent visit, but otherwise everything was very good.
