Friendly staff, large and beautiful rooms, very clean. The location is directly on the Missouri, and we had a room with a terrace—great for sitting in the evening with a sunset.

It's a great location right by the river. There were maintenance issues with leaks and cleanliness. But otherwise it was comfortable

The property’s riverside location was fantastic, the breakfast spread offered a great variety, and every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful, yet the bed itself was uncomfortable.

“Bad attitude attendant at check in front desk.”

The location was convenient, but the check‑in attendant was very negative—after a phone conversation with a client she remarked, “I hate people in general—I really don’t like my job,” and when I asked if there was a hiking spot nearby she replied, “I don’t hike and I don’t like to walk anywhere,” which made for a terrible welcome; the rest of the staff were kind and attentive.
