The staff were very kind and helpful, the welcome was warm, the room was clean and comfortable. They mentioned the option to eat at their restaurant without pressure, we went and enjoyed it – good food, very friendly staff, excellent value for money. The location is great, right in the city center. A beautiful pastry bar is just a short walk away for breakfast. No complaints. The only thing is that the rooms are accessed by stairs, but they are nice and clean. It seems that all the buildings here are tall, which is just a characteristic of the area, not a flaw.

The location is good, the rooms are very spacious, and hygiene is handled well – beds are made daily and fresh towels are provided. The air conditioning cannot be set; it turns on and off randomly, making the room too hot and impossible to sleep. There was no in‑room breakfast requested, even though it was listed as an option. We had two rooms for two couples; in one room the mattresses had collapsed. There was also no way to make coffee or tea in the rooms.

The room was spacious and the location was great, but we didn’t realize the AC was pre‑programmed; after we asked about it (without us prompting), they brought us a fan.
