Getting there is straightforward and the transaction was smooth. The building sits beside a road and, since it’s not concrete, the traffic noise is audible.

The property is easy to reach and close to everything, and the staff are friendly and helpful. For the price paid, you really get your money’s worth, so I’d book it again if I return to La Union. Still, a few things could improve: the Wi‑Fi drops after the first night and on the second night I could only watch a buffering YouTube video; the bathroom cleanliness needs more attention—mold shows up in the shower area, and the cleaning seems limited to the most used spots; I asked for two rooms with bidets, but only one had one, and that bidet was heavily rusted, making it unappealing for hygiene purposes.
