The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was exceptionally pretty, the food felt like it was prepared by a five‑star chef, and I can only recommend this hotel; thanks for a lovely stay.

The staff were friendly, the food was very good, and the room was spacious, but the bathroom fixtures were lacking, there were no towels when I arrived, the balcony faced the main traffic street, and the place was very noisy.

The food was very varied and incredibly tasty, the breakfast buffet had a great selection, the staff were always attentive and very friendly, and the chefs offered fantastic hiking suggestions.

The hotel was a truly pleasant place to stay, the reception was very friendly, and even in the evening you could still get a drink with the consistently courteous staff; the rooms were clean and modernly furnished, and I would gladly return—there was nothing to complain about.

“Wunderschöner erholsamer Aufenthalt”

We stayed in the Deluxe room with its own Biosauna and infrared cabin and felt very comfortable; the delicious breakfast was very diverse and we could request various egg dishes; we were fascinated by the dinner, the 5‑course menu kept surprising us with its creativity; the Frey family were very nice and the hotel atmosphere was relaxed with no hint of rush; we were able to securely store our e‑bikes in the ski cellar, and we will definitely come back soon.
