I never booked again because they refused me a room even though I had paid in advance online.

The place was filthy—no cleanliness at all, and cockroaches were everywhere.

The new building looked good, but it was poorly cleaned and maintained; the corridors were dirty, the bathroom smelled bad, and a group of local tourists kept us up with their noise most nights.

The location was far off, the staff were unhelpful, and when we arrived they denied us a stay despite having a booking.
