They gave my room to someone else and the room they handed me felt like a barn!

The view from the room was nice. It was small, there was no parking space, and the lunch and dinner weren’t appealing; the food wasn’t good.

Our requests were met immediately. The wardrobe was broken.

From the moment we arrived, Dilan Hanım’s smile and patience made us very happy. Her approach to guests was genuinely warm and attentive. Director İbrahim Bey was also courteous, solution‑oriented, and valued us as guests, so we’re thinking of coming back for that level of hospitality. Nothing else; everything was fine.
