The reception staff were welcoming, and there was on‑site parking with direct elevator access, but the windows had no insulation, early‑morning (6:30) furniture moving was noisy, the showers on the first floor leaked, and there was a strong damp carpet smell in the hallway.

The corridors had a strong odor, the beds were very uncomfortable and I ended up with bad back pain, there were no slippers or vanity kits, the towels were old and dirty, the shower head was rusty, and the furniture was damaged.

Amazing – the rooftop bar and plunge pool were exactly what we dreamed of! The only downside was a couple arguing in the room next door 😂

The location was excellent and the accommodation was clean and comfortable, but the outdoor rooftop bar shut down at 10 pm.
