Not at all pretty, nothing like the photos. Everything.

The bathrooms were in bad condition, there was no knob to lock the door, no soap dish or shampoo holder, the water didn't flow properly in the bathroom basin, the blankets were somewhat worn, and the main window couldn't be secured.

The service was very good, the receptionist was attentive and courteous. The hotel is very simple if you just want to sleep for a few hours and be near the airport, which is fine. It's very inexpensive, so don't expect a fancy hotel, but it is clean, everything looks tidy, has air conditioning and TV, no hot water or at least it didn't come out. As I said, we only used it to sleep and get to the airport early, so I have no complaints. The price is low and the hotel is simple but reliable. I think the lack of hot water, although it’s hot in Mérida and not used much, will matter for some people like me. That’s why the quality‑price ratio is fair.

The location was super close to the airport and had parking. The staff were very friendly. For a single night it was fine. The shower was not very clean, had soap residue and looked neglected. There was a lot of noise from other guests.
