“Muy buena estancia.”

The location is excellent, close to everything, and the staff are very kind. There’s a cold and hot water dispenser. The pool is beautiful and there’s parking. The floor we were on was very tiring to climb.

Location and pool. Other guests’ behavior was a problem.

“Una noche por suerte”

Nothing good. There are many steps and stairs that are hard to walk on, the bathroom is horrible, and the parking is on the other side of the street in a half‑abandoned lot with bad service.

“Muy bien”

The facilities and pool were fine, overall I liked everything. I wish the bathrooms, especially the bathing area, were improved because they’re very small, and the rates for bungalow rooms could be lowered so families can stay together.

The pool was clean but cold. Doña Mary was a good host and gave great customer service. A cockroach was in our room. When we arrived we were told the price of our booking was higher than what we had signed up for, and the next day we had to pay in full; worst of all, they didn’t accept credit or debit cards.
