The rooms felt cozy, tidy, and spotless. The breakfast spread was packed with tasty options. The staff went above and beyond. I was amused when a tiny blue fish appeared in my room, as if to remind me I was the only guest there. I can’t think of anything to complain about.

The breakfast was perfect. The corridors were very warm, and the rooms needed more cleaning attention. Ventilation was poor, with lots of dust and a musty smell.

The hotel’s location is great—Pondy Bazaar is less than a 10‑minute walk, which was very convenient for us. Every staff member was extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Nandhini stood out as our favorite, always making us feel welcome. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Unfortunately, the bathroom needs renovation and better upkeep; it feels a bit dated, with rust stains and a calcified shower head that should be replaced. The rooms also lack good soundproofing—at night we could hear plates and dishes, which was a bit disturbing.
