The staff were extremely rude, the chat support harsh, and whenever I went to the front office I was given trouble over towels and toilet paper; they never showed any concern.

“Horrible”

There was nothing good, not even the customer service; the bathroom curtains had mold, smelled horrible, and there were cockroaches; the front desk staff were rude, the carpet was dirty, and the place was disgusting.
