Breakfast was included, free coffee was available, and it was cheap. The gaps in the tatami sliding doors were full of garbage, and the mat under the sleeping area looked like a gym mat from an elementary school, clearly stained.

The price was low, the bath was spacious, the shower pressure was good, and having commercial shampoo, conditioner, and body soap available was nice. The plumbing area smelled awful, the futon area was dusty, and the toilet was dirty.
