Nothing good— we left the room immediately. Everything was dirty, broken, old, and far from what the pictures showed. The condition was insane and unbearable.

“Conveniente por la cercanía con la terminal de buses pero lejos de las principales atracciones.”

The bed and room were fine, and the location was good because it’s close to the bus terminal, a 20‑minute walk away. The cigarette smell in the room was unbearable. The location, while near the metro, isn’t the best if you want to see the main attractions, mosques, etc. I requested in advance the cost of a taxi to SAW airport, and the information was inaccurate; instead of the 40 € I was told, it ended up costing 60 €.

We didn’t have many options close to the bus station, and since we booked on the same day it was basically the only choice with a decent price. The place wasn’t clean, probably because it’s a business hotel with a strong smoke smell in the room.

I stayed next to the Forum shopping mall, which was convenient, but the duvet cover had been reused from another guest and showed dirt stains.

The location and the fact that smoking is allowed were great; finding a hotel that permits smoking is hard. The staff were very helpful and resolved every issue. However, the hotel needs renovation; despite the staff’s efforts, some things still require updating.
