The staff were fantastic, making the booking process as easy as possible and supplying extra items on request, and the rooms stayed warm in winter, spotless, well presented, very comfortable and quiet—my snowy season motor inn is the favorite among the hotels I visit for work.

The location was excellent.

Having a desk and table in the room was great for work, and the updated bathroom was lovely, but a few bowls and cutlery would have been useful.

The bed was comfortable and the room spacious, but I never got access to the wifi.

The place is very basic and old, and the cleaning could use a lot more attention.
