The space was roomy and the parking was fine, but the room lacked a hot water tap, the old air‑conditioner couldn’t be set to the right temperature, there was no hair dryer, and when I asked about it the staff responded with a flat, unfriendly attitude.

The property was good for the price; its location means you should be ready to either rent a scooter or walk, as we did. The on‑site restaurant was closed, so we ate elsewhere. When we needed a ride back to Ho Chi Minh airport for our flight, the staff were very helpful and quickly arranged a taxi for all of us, which we greatly appreciated. We couldn’t get hot water in the shower, but the cool shower was fine for the weather, and the TV wouldn’t work.

The setting was pleasant with no noise, but the restaurant listed on booking was nonexistent, breakfast was not available, and there was no hair dryer.
