The resort sits deep in the woods, offering a peaceful and beautiful setting with a private‑resort vibe and nothing around. However, the place is pretty rundown and needs renovation; it gives a forest lodge feel but still requires repairs given the price we pay.

“A Perfect Heritage Getaway in the Heart of Matheran”

Everything was perfect: the location is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. I loved the heritage ambience and overall atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were very polite, helpful, and welcoming. The food was good with a nice variety of options. I especially enjoyed the adventure activities available on the property, and the swimming pool was a great spot to relax with family and friends. Overall, it was a lovely experience with a perfect mix of nature, heritage vibes, good food, comfortable stay, hospitality, and fun activities. I would definitely recommend The Byke Heritage, Matheran for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Nothing major to dislike; it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
