“Hermosa vista a la montaña y tiempo”

The scenery is spectacular and the facilities are very good. The beds are comfortable and the views are beautiful, making it a lovely place to disconnect and enjoy nature. The jacuzzi is very pleasant, offering a view of the mountains. However, the room wasn’t ready upon arrival, the lower bed had no pillows, cleaning could have been better, the bathroom door didn’t fit, and breakfast was a bit delayed. The usual access road was closed and we weren’t notified in time, so we had to take a longer, steeper detour.

“Relajación y atención 10 de 10”

The staff were attentive, the facilities were great, the place was peaceful, everything was perfect. The only downside was that for people with reduced mobility the access is difficult, and while the accommodation itself isn’t the issue, the entrance road is hard to navigate for low‑profile sedans.

“Un paraíso Soñado.”

I love how beautiful, warm, and peaceful this place feels, with a sense of tranquility and purity that you can actually breathe. It’s my second stay at the ecohotel Natubri, and each day I fall more in love with it. María and everyone else are incredibly attentive. Everything else I adore.

The calmness of the location makes it a great spot for family activities. The food was spectacular, and the staff were very attentive, providing excellent service.
