The room was spacious with nice furnishings, but the hotel sits on a busy road, so the noise from traffic and loud music at the neighboring establishment made it hard to relax, especially for someone older like me.

“Good place to stay for a couple of nights but barking dogs close by were a problem for us”

The room matched the photos perfectly, and the manager was friendly and helpful, even offering to take us to a bank on his motorbike. Outside our window were plenty of birds, which was a lovely sight. The bathroom was great with plenty of hot water, and two large bottles of water were already in the room. After we checked out, the manager smiled and waved as we passed, since we had booked this place for two nights before the nearby Villa became available. The value was very good and the room was nice and large. However, the beds were really hard, which is common in India; the Villa we stayed at later had the same issue except in our master bedroom. Dogs barked all day and night, and we couldn’t use the fridge because it was very smelly when turned on—though we didn’t mention it because we were only there for two nights and thought it would have been fixed if we had.

I would only recommend this place for its fantastic large terrace, which is clean and mostly new, and for the very helpful and open staff; the location is very close to the road.

“Good spacious budget room with great host”

The host, Sibu, was extremely helpful and friendly, serving a good breakfast of fresh fruit, eggs, cornflakes, and toast. He also helped organize our taxis and laundry. The top‑floor room had comfortable seating inside and outside, good air circulation and a fan that kept it pleasantly cool. The bed was a bit hard, and the bathroom had a water heater for the shower. Wi‑Fi was good.

“Nice Staff, great location”

The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, the location was close to the beach, and the Wi‑Fi was very good. Rooms were large and hot water was plentiful. The bottom sheets and pillowcases were fine, but the quilt had no cover and seemed unwashed for a while, which is fairly typical in India; we were still comfortable in our sleeping liners.
