The food was cold, the attendant was rude, they refused to honor pre‑paid coupons, and I found human hair in a bagel in the Royal suite that hadn’t been cleaned for a day. The towels and bed were uncomfortable. I will never go to Marriott or Sheraton again. Everything was awful.

The pool was in need of maintenance.

Convenient. Breakfast buffet offerings were several days old. Utterly inedible. $28.00

The place was clean enough and located conveniently for kids heading to Brock; rooms were spacious with excellent showers and comfortable beds, but there was no coffee shop on site, which made working from the room difficult.
