The two pools, the surrounding calm, and the bilingual staff were great; the shower pressure was weak (the two faucets worked fine), and the room lacked a few essentials like night tables and toothbrush cups in the bathroom.

Set on the island’s heights away from the hustle, the penthouse apartment was very comfortable with a great view and the beach was only a three‑minute walk, although it was a bit far from the centre, requiring a taxi, and the stairs were tricky with luggage.
