Great location with a stunning view of the Arno and the “other” district; everything is tastefully decorated, very clean, the beds are comfortable, and breakfast is excellent… The guest service was also very respectful and helpful. Nothing is missing! We will definitely choose this spot again for our next stay in Florence. The bathroom was a bit small, but it didn’t really bother us because the positives clearly outweighed it.

The staff are courteous and helpful, the organization is solid, the building stays clean, and the breakfast is super tasty and varied. The rooms are spacious, well arranged, and the bed is comfortable. The terrace is charming and intimate, perfect for a relaxed aperitif with a view. The shower, however, lacks silicone or a plastic strip to hold the water, so it leaks frequently—on the first try it even ran out of the bathroom.
