Casa Branca Capitólio Escarpas do Lago

The spot couldn't be better – just steps from a bakery, a restaurant and the club. The room itself was fine, but the sheets had a few stains that left a bad impression. Overall, the location makes up for the minor bedding issue.

“Ótimos dias em Escarpas”

Location is top‑notch and the place feels roomy. The kitchen is fully equipped, so I could brew a solid coffee, and the complimentary Minas coffee and pão de queijo were surprisingly tasty. No complaints.

A lovely, tidy place in a great spot, and the host was absolutely wonderful. I couldn't find anything to complain about – everything was spot on.

“Recomendo a todos o lugar é maravilhoso”

The neighborhood is gorgeous and the staff were friendly; the apartment was spacious, clean and well‑organized, so I’d definitely book again. The only downside was that the walls were thin, so on noisy days the room got a bit loud. Otherwise, solid stay.

“Boa limpeza e atendimento, mas com falhas na reserva e localização afastada”

We stayed at Casa Branca from April 17‑19, 2025, and the host was attentive and the room was clean, which we appreciated. However, basic toiletries like soap, shampoo and a hair dryer were missing, and breakfast was limited to coffee, forcing us to buy bread and cold cuts nearby. The property sits far from Capitólio’s center and the Turvo boat‑launch, though it’s close to the Escarpas do Lago marina, making the location a bit inconvenient.
