Hotel O KLER Guest House

“Not a good experience and toilet not very clean, along with cooler.”

The location was convenient, yet the cleanliness was poor and instead of an air conditioner a large cooler was placed inside the room, which was horribly noisy.

“Pathetic room service. Unhygienic washrooms”

There was nothing positive to mention; the room was in a pathetic condition, the mattresses were poor, the room and washroom were unhygienic, and the owner was very rude and behaved poorly toward guests after we complained.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was large and comfortable.

“Excellent”

Sardar Ji’s behaviour is very down to earth and he provides good service, with nothing negative.

“Hotel owner is good and helpful. But not the same with staff”

The place was just okay, nothing special, but the staff was rude when I checked out.
