“Agradable”

The room was clean and comfortable, but the kitchen was still in use by guests, and they didn’t do the cleaning. They didn’t respond in time, and there was no parking.

A good spot to sleep, but it’s hard to find the address and once you do, it’s tricky to know which entrance to use.

“This place was disgusting, unsanitary, and hot”

The internet worked, but the rules said we had to take out trash from the public kitchen, and the fridge was full of undated, unlabeled food so we couldn’t put ours in. The back wall of the room had a smear of snot, neighbors played loud music late into the night, cleaning supplies were left unsecured in hallways, there was no parking on the property, yet two cars were parked there when we left the next morning.

“Décevant”

The exterior of the property is fairly clean and inviting. The neighborhood is really not great; if you come by car there's almost no parking. The room we rented was not very clean—marks on the walls, hair in the shower, it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned… plus some wear on the sheets that was disappointing. For the price we paid, I expected better; the value for money was very disappointing.
