The location worked for me – I had errands nearby and the public transport connections were good, as was the surrounding infrastructure. The room was clean, the bathroom was cleaned, but the shower tiles were dirty, the drain was unclean, and the tiled washbasin was torn in many places, looking unattractive. Only one of the ceiling lights worked; the other didn’t. The TV worked perfectly. The room faced the courtyard and was very quiet, though some hallway ceiling lights were also broken. I also had trouble picking up my key; it could only be arranged by phone because the reception wasn’t staffed. My booking couldn’t be found even though I had an email confirmation, so I waited a long time, but it eventually worked.
