Order, cleanliness, tranquility, and great value for money.
We were shocked when the apartment flooded during our stay because the host was washing bed sheets; the water overflowed, submerging the bathroom, kitchen, and even one bedroom. We had to mop and sweep everything ourselves since the host never came to address the mess, which made the trip very inconvenient and ruined our experience. The place clearly fell short of the expected standards, and we’re asking whether we can get a partial or full refund. We have photos and videos of the flooding and can share them if necessary.
The location is great from Termini station, but paying the city tax via a WhatsApp web procedure was a hassle.

The location is perfect next to Termini, surrounded by many shops, and nothing is far. The entry process, requiring a web page each time to unlock the door, isn’t ideal unless a mobile app could be used for more precision.
