The location and the availability of a dining room with a kitchen were nice, and the free‑use games, pools, and sports equipment were convenient. Everything else was shabby, especially the bathroom, and there was a serious issue with hot water—at one point the shower was cold.

The reception was friendly; we asked for a ground‑floor room at the last minute because I had knee pain, and they accommodated us. We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy all the facilities.

The place was okay, but the mattress was scratchy, the pillows were too hard and big, the walls were cardboard, and it was very noisy.
