The hotel was good, everything was as expected.

The convenience of getting to the airport was nice, and the hotel was pretty in the interior. It would have been better to have free transport to the airport, since I think everyone stays in this area for that reason. We had to weigh our luggage to see if we were within the limit, and the hotel scale was broken, but that wasn’t a problem—just a suggestion for improvement.

The bed in the room was great. The hallway carpet was a negative.

All the facilities were great, but the reception staff came across as a bit dry.

The location and cleanliness were the only positives, yet the staff didn’t fix the internet, seemed uninterested if you chased them, and there was no service at night—no hot snack or anything else.
