The location and staff were good, but the cleanliness, facilities, and internet were poor; the equipment was very old and not working, furniture was old and broken, there was a smoking smell in the lobby and reception, requests weren’t delivered, no breakfast was offered as paid, and we felt there was only one service person at reception while luggage was handled upstairs.
