The location was fine, but there was no hair dryer and the hot water was missing.

“Un vero schifo.”

There was nothing good; the room didn’t match the picture, we slept on a double sofa bed where one had to climb over the other to get down, the room was full of mold, we were three people but only received two towels, there was no chair, we asked for blankets and received dusty duvets.

“Squallore”

The photos were fake; the reception at the pizzeria was awful, the bathroom had a shower crack with a skylight view, the floor rose leaving a sharp laminate edge at foot level, the walls had horrible pictures and visible mold stains, and I hate being tricked by false photos. The parking was far, unsecured, and public. For the price I could rent a room with real photos, not a staff breakroom masquerading as a tourist room. Inside the lamp there was a dirty towel from previous guests and the room smelled of feet. The Ikea bunk bed over a double was unmade and below a cramped sofa bed split into a soft and a hard part.

The stairs were steep and narrow; the double bunk bed; moisture stains on the walls; some furniture was roughly cleaned, but the bathroom was tidy; the neighbors fought loudly and even banged each other in front of us and our children.
