I was disappointed with my stay: mold on the bathroom ceiling, a broken corner window in the bedroom, and the staff didn’t speak English, which I had expected. I tried to use a translation app, but the employee kept speaking Portuguese and laughed at me. At check‑in I had to handle almost everything myself, from writing down my details to entering the payment amount on the card machine. There was also a bad situation arranging a taxi; I had asked in advance what it would cost but got no clear answer. When I refused to pay the driver’s fare, the staff got angry and I had to leave the lodge as quickly as possible with my belongings.

The area was quiet, very clean, and the room was comfortable.

The host was very friendly and warm, and the breakfast was delicious. The place is about six blocks from the center, so we ended up spending more on taxis 🥹.

“Instalações sem conforto.”

A localização. Camas ruins, colchões velhos , deformados. Dava para sentir os estrados. Quartos mau conservados, trinco do banheiro saiu na mão, sem local para colocar as toalhas e demais roupas. Não justifica a nota indicada pelo Booking, totalmente errada
