Rodeway Inn Oscoda

It was a good location. The room was large and clean. We stayed for three days. Only one day's worth of washcloths was provided. They never came back to pick up the waste baskets or to give more towels or washcloths. I called but never had to call to get those items elsewhere we have stayed. Not very happy about that.

The staff were very friendly, but the trash was never picked up and stayed wet in the entrance.

We were able to bring our 🐕 as a thank you.

“Front desk said they were gonna do some updates i. The”

The staff were friendly and the room was decent for the price, and the location was amazing. However, it needed more cleaning—there were multiple bandaids in the pool area, the pool was dirty, and my daughter threw her dive toy to the bottom and wouldn’t even dive down to retrieve it because she was grossed out.

“Overpriced and uncomfortable. $700 plus for four nights was ridiculous. Would kindly accept some type of refund.”

Nothing positive. Everything was bad: no clock, trash never emptied inside or out, towels never replaced and were tiny and cheap, no Kleenex, and the IT smelled bad. A nasty odor hit us upon entry, the door from outside was stuck and hard to open, so I bought Febreze to make it bearable. I would have asked for a refund and found other accommodations, but it was a major holiday in a popular area, so there were no other options. Oh, and the air didn’t work.
