Tonya’s service was very diligent, and the triple room was beautiful with spectacular views; the nightly show with live music was great.

“Genial, cosas que mejorar peeo muy bien.”

The pools, jacuzzi, gym, buffet variety, and dining staff were all good, and the place was quiet and well situated. We stayed in room 605, and the terrace had no awning or umbrella, so it was impossible to use it because the sun was out all day. I also missed a typical drying rack to hang swimsuits or towels without having to hang them from the railing. The buffet schedule was very inflexible and seemed designed for foreign guests, with very early hours.

“Our happy place”

The terrace service was excellent; my wife in a wheelchair received extra care. The host, Jimmy, was friendly and made time for guests. The gym had some broken items.

Great location! The rooftop sunbathing area with jacuzzi is awesome. The downside was having to pay extra for drinks even though I had bought the full board package.

Everything was perfect! The staff was super friendly, the room was great, and the facilities were lovely. The food was also excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place! Also, after check-out, they kindly let us stay a little longer in the hotel so our baby could sleep. We were also able to leave our luggage in the luggage room, which was really helpful. I couldn't figure out when the mini disco was open. I thought it would be available every day for the kids to play
