“Clean accomodation with friendly hosts but loud”
The host was very friendly and the place was super clean. However, the house was noisy and the walls seemed paper-thin; we could hear everything outside and in the hallway. Most of our stay had no water because the municipal supply was apparently broken.

The shower was very nice, and the hot water ran out quickly. However, a lot of light came in even with the curtains closed, so we couldn’t sleep well.

The apartment was beautifully decorated, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom had everything needed, and parking right in front of the unit was a plus. Unfortunately, our room was next to the main entrance and a large hallway, so around midnight a group of other guests entered the building and stayed loud for two hours, despite the quiet‑time rule after 11 p.m. We messaged the host for help, but only got a reply two hours later, which ruined our sleep. The accommodation is a 30‑minute walk from the lovely city centre, or about a 5‑minute drive to the underground parking garage where parking costs 100 lek for 0–3 hours.

It’s located in a quiet neighbourhood with parking, a bit removed from the centre, but worth strolling to see parts of those areas. The facilities are new and very good. Nothing to highlight—everything was fine and the price was good.
