There was no breakfast even though we paid for it; it was listed at 7:30 am and no one showed up. When we called to report it, we were told it was too early, and the breakfast was not refunded. The hotel applied a direct exchange rate that was much higher than the real rate, so we paid 10 € more than expected. The bathroom leaked, the room was small for the price, and there were no bath rugs.

The guesthouse is beautiful with lots of character and charm. I especially loved the traditional Tunisian architecture, the lovely courtyard, the beautiful details throughout, and the peaceful atmosphere. It’s a wonderful place to experience Hammamet’s charm. Nothing in particular was wrong.

I stayed at a gorgeous hotel right in the medina, just a short walk from both the beach and town, and the beds were super comfy while the décor was stunning. Every staff member was helpful and friendly, and the neighborhood itself is tiny and well‑organized. The only downside was a few minor room issues that never got resolved, but we were only there for two nights so it didn’t matter much.

The location was spot‑on and the bed was very comfortable. The property itself is lovely, especially the rooftop terrace, and everything was clean with a big shower. I was welcomed with a drink and snack upon arrival. On the flip side, there were no hand towels or bath mats—just bath towels. Rooms lacked a fridge or kettle, and the place was quite noisy; early morning call‑to‑prayer was unavoidable, though the hotel could have fixed the squeaky doors. Hot water took forever to start and was never truly hot.
