“NO HAY ALBERCA, NO HAY WIFI, NO HAY AGUA CALIENTE, NO HAY TELEVICION, TODO QUEDA LEJOS”

I was initially drawn to this hotel's peaceful location, which was just a kilometer or so from the main hotel zone. However, I was disappointed to find that the hotel was in dire need of maintenance, with peeling paint and damaged areas that needed repair. The pool was also a letdown, as it was empty and not functioning properly. My bathroom experience was also subpar, as the hot water was consistently lukewarm.

While the hotel's location was in a safe and contained area, it was also somewhat isolated from the rest of the city. However, this was far outweighed by the numerous issues with my room, including the lack of windows, a musty smell, and a general sense of dampness. The air was stale, and I had to leave the door open for a while to get some fresh air. The room and bathroom were also dirty, with stained bedding and towels. It was a truly unpleasant experience.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by the hotel's lack of cleanliness. Despite the friendly staff, the overall environment was not very clean.

“Buen precio por la ubicación en zona hotelera, el personal muy amable, no servía la alberca”

The hotel has its perks, such as a convenient card access system and friendly staff who went out of their way to resolve an issue with the air conditioning by kindly moving us to a better room. However, we encountered some drawbacks, including a pool under maintenance that didn't exactly entice us to use it, a few mosquitoes in our room, and subpar bedding and towels.

Our stay was made pleasant by the attentive receptionist, and the accommodation itself was satisfactory. However, we felt that the hotel could benefit from some additional maintenance, such as upgrading the TV channels, air conditioning temperature control, and strengthening the Wi-Fi signal.
