Safety, cleanliness, and organization. The accommodation is EXCELLENT. Missing iron and ice in the room. It’s unclear when the water in the fridge was refilled. The TV placement isn’t ideal.

Everything. The ambulance noise, even with the windows closed, was annoying, but given the nearby hospital it’s normal.

Pleasant surprise of the self‑service filtered water supply – even with cold or room‑temperature options: really good! We use them every day! 1. I’d appreciate receiving check‑in instructions 2‑days in advance 2. The room air‑con was inadequate the first two nights, then suddenly cold on the third night – probably the housekeeper adjusted it. Thanks. If the air‑con could be stabilized, this would be a perfect stay.
