The room was infested with ants because the street door didn't seal properly, letting them in freely.

The breakfast was not great.

“Great value new property.”

The bed was comfy, parking was onsite, and the reception offered coffee and tea; a 7‑11 is next door and a launderette is across the road. Breakfast was fine, and the coffee was excellent—specialty drinks cost extra. I would have liked a shower curtain to keep the floor dry from the toilet and roll.

The parking is close to the street, the room is clean, breakfast is good, and the electric car charging station is a big plus.

The service is convenient, clean, and the view is well arranged.
