The staff were friendly, but the noise at night was unbearable and I couldn't sleep until 4 am. The hotel sits behind a club and surrounded by party hotels. The mattresses were broken and clearly hadn’t been replaced in years. The condition of the rooms and facilities was very poor. The price‑quality ratio did not match. The windows were broken and couldn’t be opened; when I tried, the window frame fell apart. There was no wardrobe or shelf to hang clothes. The bathroom was in terrible condition and the door was broken from wear. The housekeeping staff never entered the rooms. After four days we had to ask for the bathrooms to be cleaned and for new towels. The breakfast was very poor.

The pool was spacious, the Wi‑Fi was good, and the rooms were cozy. It’s close to the beach and many other city amenities in Mancora. The staff were helpful and hospitable.

The location is central with direct access to the main beach. The recreational games are not maintained.
