“Great time in modiin”

Very nice hotel at a nice location in the middle of Modiin. A nice garden room also for the kids. Breakfast also very nice. Nothing.

The hotel is pretty, I love it, it’s tidy but despite several inconveniences the manager never appeared. I didn’t like the treatment!!! Pessimo except Mauro who was very kind and empathetic and the dining and cleaning staff. We had to bathe 2 days with cold water.

“If you have family or friends that you want to visit, this is an extremely convenient option with great breakfast.”

The location is perfect for the train station, the shopping mall, and my parents' flat. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff at the breakfast area were very friendly—especially the Sri Lankan gentleman. Minor issues slipped through: some items weren’t refilled after housekeeping, and the reception staff could use a warmer smile and show more concern for guests.

The place is conveniently located for what I needed. The automatic Sabbath light system failed, leaving the lights on all night.

“This modern hotel is satisfactory but not customer friendly.”

The breakfast was adequate, and the room felt modern. However, navigating the hotel takes time; some directional signs and numbers have fallen off the corridor walls, making it feel like a labyrinth to find your room. The elevators go to different places and are confusing, so more explanatory signs are needed. After checking out, the 300 shekel room deposit hasn’t been returned even after five days.
