The place is very nice, run by a friendly family, with a beautiful terrace above for seaside breakfast and a free‑use fridge. It’s convenient to walk 10 minutes to three different beaches (at least that’s what I did) and the town offers many seafood restaurants.

The room was somewhat clean, but there was no washing machine or iron as described in the room listing. The terrace kitchen was dirty, the fridge was appalling: there was open milk without an opening date and moldy lemons. On the table they showed a breakfast that had been left there for three days at 30 °C. I paid at the property for my boyfriend and no towels were handed out. The room smelled unpleasantly of cat urine. I had to ask for a receipt because it wasn’t given at the time of payment (not specified on Booking). It was very noisy and the professionalism was poor.

“Ubicacion buenas pero limpieza mejorable”

The location is good, but the entrance is poorly maintained. The garage door is unpainted and neglected, they hand you dirty bins, there are 10 cat containers, a cat urine smell, dirty floor, etc. The rooms are clean. We were given a room with a bathtub that had a difficult and dangerous access.

The staff are very kind, the location is excellent, parking is nearby, the room is clean and welcoming, the bathroom is functional and well made. The mattress was not the most comfortable, the pillows would have been better if both were soft; I found two, one rigid and heavy, and one soft, which is a problem when you’re in a pair.

The room was very tastefully furnished and cleaned daily. There is a nice roof terrace where you can relax or wash swim gear. In about 15 walking minutes, a small pebble beach in Barcarello invites you to swim. Swimsuits and a sun umbrella are useful. From the apartment, shops, restaurants and bus stops are reachable in a few minutes. All staff are super friendly, helpful, and reachable via WhatsApp. Thanks for the good time!
