The staff were great, but the folks above our room kept running back and forth all night—first we thought it was a child, but the footsteps were too heavy.

The staff were exceptional and the location suited us; the beds were comfortable. However, on the first night we found a baby frog in the bathroom and hair in the shower. The fridge didn’t work properly, and the toiletries had been used by previous guests. On the day of checkout at 6:30 am we heard the fire alarms blare, forcing us to evacuate until the fire department cleared the room; when we returned the alarm went off again and we had to go back downstairs. The staff said it was a maintenance issue that affected everyone, but we received no clear explanation or any complimentary nights for the trouble.

“Really nice hotel”

The place was clean and comfortable, but you pay $10 a night for parking 😑
