The beds and pillows were great, but the air conditioning made noise and the elevators were very slow.

The experience was good, though I had no specific positives or negatives to note.

I left a “do not disturb” sign, yet the front desk staff woke us anyway; I didn’t want to get out of bed because I had the insurance on, so they left because they couldn’t get in, and after 10 minutes I had to get up and tell them no thanks.
