Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr schön. Die Lage - nahe zum See und nahe zu vielen Restaurants- war toll und das Frühstück war grandios! Das Personal war sehr freundlich

“Warm hospitality with a few baffling rules thrown in for character.”

A warm welcome, spotless room, dependable air‑con, and plenty of hot water that makes you rethink your eco‑claims – all the basics hit. The hotel sits on a quiet side street, so I slept well, and the pizza was so good I didn’t bother going out. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the family‑friendly vibe makes it a solid pick for budget‑conscious groups. On the downside, I had to pay €5 a night to lock my bicycle in the garden, and the gate stayed open most of the evening, so security felt more theoretical than real. I tried to leave before 7 am and found that the breakfast buffet was only a display until the official opening; I also had to buy €2 bottles of water during a 30‑40 °C heatwave, with staff advising against tap water, turning hydration into a premium extra. The evening buffet was generous, but the flavors seemed to check out early by Italian standards. Still, if you’re after quantity, comfort and a few stories to share, you’ll walk away content.
