The whole staff was very friendly and helpful! The accommodation is welcoming with ample parking, a nice pool, and bicycles available. Our room was pretty and bright. We stayed only one night: upon arrival the receptionist told us we could have a free late check‑out because it was the last day before the hotel closed; that was much appreciated! The experience was definitely negative with the breakfast. Even though we were in the room shortly after opening, the buffet was already empty and never refilled, leaving later guests almost nothing to eat. To make up for the lack of food, they even displayed leftovers from the previous day’s lasagna. The room was not spotless: a lot of dust in the cabinets, mosquitoes everywhere, and curtains full of stains from blood and dead insects. The service failure was probably because it was the last day of operation, but a four‑star hotel should maintain a higher level of professionalism until the very last minute.
