Unfortunately, the hotel's check-in process was marred by a series of unfortunate events, including an unstaffed reception desk and a non-functional phone system. Despite attempts to contact the hotel's emergency number, guests were left to fend for themselves, ultimately leading to a change in accommodation.

Overall, the hotel's charm and scenic location were overshadowed by the difficulties encountered during the stay.

The hotel offered a breathtaking view of Lake Constance, but unfortunately, the rooms were uninviting and resembled a sanatorium. The dining area was also disappointing.

The hotel's friendly and accommodating staff, including their warm welcome to our dog, made our stay truly special. The tranquil location and beautiful outdoor area were also major highlights. The breathtaking views were an added bonus.
