The food was good and the location great, especially for traveling with kids. Nothing else to add.

I liked the beach and the nice pool area. However, there was constant noise and terrible high‑volume disco music from morning until well past midnight. Two loudspeakers near the pool played different tracks, and the sound leaked between rooms, plus the beds were bad. We asked for a room change, but it didn’t improve anything.

“Fatal”

Nothing good. The hotel is very old, almost no light in the room, no curtain over the bathtub, the dining area is disgusting, the floors are filthy, and you can’t sit in the common areas because of dirt and glasses everywhere. The smell in the dining room and hallways is horrible, so I left the next day and forfeited the rest of my stay. When ordering drinks, they only had cola in recycled plastic cups that were terrible. The ice‑cream freezer had food residue underneath; I told a waiter and he laughed. The pizza wasn’t good either, and the snacks after dinner were just leftovers from the meal—very bad.

“Un gran lugar para descansar y comer”

The buffet was amazing and the apartment was very spacious, and the splash area was awesome. I missed having a terrace in the apartment or at least the ability to open the windows, and the pizza at the Italian restaurant was a bit average.

“Parfait magnifique, sauf que l’animation et le spectacle le soir c’était assez pauvre, je trouve”

Everything was great, except I felt the shows and entertainment were pretty weak; it’s a shame because the venue itself is magical. I found there wasn’t enough stage activity and the evening performances were lackluster, which was disappointing.
