The location and the view from our room were great, and the little note with chocolates for our wedding anniversary was a sweet touch.

We really enjoyed the great view from our room at Bannisters, the pool‑side bar had great service and ambience, and the attached restaurant was convenient and tasty. Nothing to note.

What a fantastic couple of days away. From the moment we arrived everything was amazing; the girls at the pool bar worked hard all weekend, the cocktails, service, food and overall experience were exceptional. The spa on the deck of our room was amazing. Rick Steins restaurant was awesome. Good job, Dan, on your first night on the floor. Bannisters did an extraordinary job and made our weekend one to remember. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

The facilities and location were fine, but the rooms need an update and the carpet should be replaced.
